For the night of 31 December 2026, Collina Luxury Relais in Clusone has created The Journey to Midnight, a New Year’s Eve that moves from one space of the relais to another instead of keeping guests seated at the table until the toast. The evening begins with an aperitif at the Rotonda Champagnerie, continues with dinner in the panoramic dining room of Beides, then everyone waits for midnight on the terrace of the Americano Bar with toasts and fireworks, and the party goes on with a DJ set into the new year.
Arrival is from 8:00 pm on Thursday 31 December. The evening costs €280 per person for ages 15 and over, €100 for ages 4 to 14 and is free for children under 4, with all dishes and the drinks paired with the dinner included.

How the evening unfolds
8:00 pm, aperitif at the Rotonda Champagnerie
Guests enter through a tunnel of lights leading to the Rotonda Champagnerie. Here the aperitif is served standing, with champagne, oysters, Calvisius caviar and blinis, while the DJ set accompanies the start of the evening and braziers glow outdoors.
Dinner in the panoramic dining room
Dinner is served in the dining room of Beides Restaurant, overlooking the valley. Starters arrive in the centre of the table, to be shared; between courses guests are free to get up, drop by the lounge, grab a drink or take a few photos.
- Sharing starters: focaccia, Normandy butter and Cantabrian anchovies; amberjack sashimi; crispy potatoes, black truffle and Parmigiano Vacche Rosse; Pecora Gigante Bergamasca, chorizo and chives.
- First courses: lobster cappellacci, ricotta and lemon; Pastificio Mancini tubetti, cicerchia beans and oxtail.
- Main course: rack of veal, chestnuts, black truffle and mustard.
- Dessert: pretzel, banana, chocolate and caramel; rose cake; churros.
Midnight on the terrace
Before midnight everyone moves to the Americano Bar and its panoramic terrace, where the countdown takes place with the valley spread out ahead. As the new year strikes, the toast and the fireworks display follow.
After Midnight Party
Straight afterwards the party starts with a DJ set between the Americano Bar and the terrace. For those still hungry there is a corner with cotechino and lentils, as tradition demands, and crêpes Suzette.
Booking conditions
A 50% deposit is paid at the time of booking and a credit card is left as a guarantee; the balance is settled on arrival. No-shows are charged the full price of the evening.
The price covers the evening. Guests who wish to stay overnight can ask about availability of rooms and chalets when booking and wake up on 1 January facing the Orobie Alps.
