1. Purpose of the Website
The Website has informational and promotional purposes relating to the Collina Luxury Relais property and its services (rooms and chalets, dining, spa, events and weddings), and also allows users to request information, submit booking requests through the integrated online booking engine, and purchase products and Gift Cards through the online shop (Collina Shop).
2. Permitted Use of the Website
Users agree to use the Website in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms, refraining from any conduct that may damage, disable, overload or compromise the Website, or from using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Website without the Operator’s written authorisation.

5. Online Purchases (Collina Shop) and Gift Cards
Purchases of products and Gift Cards made through the Website’s online shop are governed by the sales conditions indicated at the time of purchase (order summary, payment methods accepted via Nexi XPay and PayPal, shipping costs if applicable) and by the Refund and Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms with regard to online purchases. Gift Cards purchased are subject to the terms of use (validity, redemption method) indicated at the time of purchase.
6. Withdrawal and Consumer Rights
