If you cannot use your Collina Luxury Relais Gift Card before it expires, you can extend its validity online, before the expiry date.
- Length of the extension: 6 months from the current expiry date.
- Cost: 15% of the Gift Card value, VAT included (for example €15.00 for a €100.00 Gift Card).
- When: the extension must be requested before the expiry date; each Gift Card can be extended once.
- How: enter the Gift Card code and press «Check». Before going ahead you see the new expiry date and the exact cost; nothing is due until you confirm the order.
If the Relais is unable to provide its services for reasons attributable to the Seller, the extension is free of charge, as provided for by art. 2.5 of the General Terms of Sale: in this case please write to info@collinarelais.com.
