Easter Sunday: The Excellence of Fine Dining

For Easter, our fine dining experience will exceptionally open its doors for lunch as well. The absolute protagonist will be our new à la carte menu, carefully designed to highlight seasonal ingredients and local specialties, revisiting iconic dishes with a refined touch. To enrich and accompany this new proposal, you will exclusively find themed dishes specifically designed to celebrate the holiday.
Our à la carte "Specials":
Giant Bergamasca sheep tartare with spring fava beans, marinated egg yolk, and black truffle | 25 €
White asparagus and mussels | 22 €
Fava bean macco, anchovies, and wild fennel | 20 €
"Pastificio Mancini" mixed pasta, wild garlic, and morel mushrooms | 25 €
Leg of lamb served with roasted potatoes, asparagus, Hollandaise sauce, and jus | 35 € per person, minimum 2 people
Available upon request for a more exclusive experience (minimum 4 people):
Saddle of lamb accompanied by roasted potatoes, asparagus, Hollandaise sauce, and jus | 40 € per person
Easter Monday: "Family Style" Conviviality
Monday, April 6, 2026 | From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM | 60 € per person
For Easter Monday, the goal is to treat you to a light and relaxed experience, ideal for enjoying the day without stress and recovering from the previous day's celebrations. You will be able to enjoy a mix of an assisted buffet and dishes served directly at the center of the table, to experience the day in total freedom.
At the Savory Buffet:
Fior di latte knots and cherry tomatoes
Veal with tuna sauce (Vitello tonnato)
Selection of cold cuts and cheeses
Focaccia, stracciatella cheese, and mortadella
Served at the Center of the Table to share:
Cavatelli pasta, datterini tomatoes, stracciatella cheese, and basil
